About
Our passion is helping people have great
relationships with animals
In the heart of Zoolingua lies a vision to transform interspecies interaction. Our first venture, a sophisticated algorithm translating dog language to human speech, is just the beginning. We’re not merely facilitating pet-owner conversations. We’re building bridges across species. Our roadmap includes expanding this technology to embrace cats, farm animals, equines, and the broader spectrum of wildlife. This isn’t just a tool. It’s a paradigm shift in animal welfare, veterinary science, and environmental stewardship. Zoolingua is more than an innovation. It’s a journey towards a more empathetic, connected world where every creature’s voice is heard. Welcome to the future of universal communication. Zoolingua is not just a product. It’s a revolution in how humans interact with the animal kingdom, poised to become the next unicorn in tech innovation.
What if…
What if you had a basic idea of what an animal is thinking? Just imagine how this could grow your emotional ties with animals and a more fulfilling relationship with greater potential for the future.
How could it change your life?
Life is about communication. Relationships are essential for well-being. With the ability to connect and relate to animals through authentic, real communication, your life could be transformed.
How could it change the lives of animals?
The potential wider implications for both people and animals – is profound: Where we’ve only seen mindless behavior, we will hear and understand their fear, pain, and needs. This will lead to a changed view of animals — as conscious, sentient beings with hopes and dreams of their own. This will also lead to people viewing animals as partners in our shared Natural World, instead of as creatures to be used by us. It will be a better world for both us and for animals.
Could we save lives?
Currently, some 2-4 million dogs are euthanized each year in the United States. Much of this is attributed to behavioral issues, and these arise primarily because of a lack of communication between people and their dogs. If we can find out why dogs are not behaving the way we would like them to behave, we could solve a lot of behavioral problems and save a lot of dogs. Also, countless animals are killed because we don’t understand that they are sentient beings with important lives of their own.
Interested in contributing?
Soon, we’ll be reaching out to you and others in the Zoolingua community to participate in our journey from research to actual real-life devices: We’ll need videos of animals in action; volunteers to watch and translate the videos; experts in research and artificial intelligence; experts in technology and usability; business experts and advisors; and more!
What to anticipate
In the coming months, you'll see us add more detail and options to the Zoolingua website. We're looking forward to building our Board of Advisors, setting up our video collection, recruiting volunteers, and raising funds to get to talking to animals in 2 years or less.
Stay tuned
